To make you understand, I will make you a simile: imagine you have bought a house with a garden. Your new home is located on a plot of land. Your website is like the house; it needs to be located somewhere that will be your hosting.
When you decide to start an online business, digitalize your business, or create a personal project online, hosting is one of the leading fixed costs. I offer you monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual renewals.
If you do not renew your hosting, your website will disappear as soon as the hosting expires.
You will always receive an email close to your hosting renewal date. If you forget to renew it, your website will fail to display.
Don’t worry; for 15 days, I will keep your website on my server, and you can renew your hosting at the same price. If, after those 15 days, you don’t renew your hosting, your web will disappear forever.
Yes, you can take the server and hosting company you want. You have to provide me the access data to the panel to create your web inside.
Yes, you will always have personal access to your Plesk Panel, where you can manage your hosting and update or maintain it.
Email accounts are email addresses with your email address. You will be able to access them through the webmail platform of our hosting.

If you delete your web file in your private panel, don’t panic; I make backups every 24h, and each jam lasts 30 days.
Within that period, you will NEVER lose your website.
Your hosting must be pampered occasionally; update the SSL certificate so that search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo…) do not penalize you. You will have to put the correct PHP for proper functioning.
If you don’t have time or knowledge to keep it updated, for 5€+VAT per month, you can always have it in perfect condition and enjoy your free time.
If you have contracted to host maintenance, you can ask me questions about your hosting during business hours. In case of an emergency, you can always contact the server 24/7.
